Mona Momtazian

Hi there. I specialise in providing advisory to senior leaders and people practitioners on complex organisational change and transformation. I also design and develop learning experiences that support leaders to effectively lead change and build change resilience and endurance. I love to create environments that enable people to thrive, not just survive during times of uncertainty and ambiguity.

I have qualifications in human resource management, post graduate psychology, change management and coaching. I've got over twenty years of experience in the field of organisational development and am currently working on a Digital Transformation program and building employee digital literacy.

I've practiced mindfulness, yoga and journalling for years and believe in the power and science of reflection and other tools that support our critical thinking, self-awareness, management of stress and the ability to optimise our wellbeing and performance.
