We've personally experienced, as well as observed that values alignment and a Unity of Purpose is critical throughout times of change. Additionally, many people just barely get by during times of growth and change and as a result their wellbeing and company culture is negatively impacted. When these areas are impacted, the business bottom line is also impacted, yet this impact is not always measured.
