This learning experience imparts skills to strengthen positive mental habits, emotional intelligence, purpose and connection at work, self-and other awareness and stress management, all of which are highly sought after skills in leadership, as well as critical skills needed to enable your wellbeing and reduce habits such as self criticism.

This learning experience is trauma-informed and includes science backed strategies that can support positive workplace wellbeing habits and ideal for those wanting to pursue a leadership role or who are newer to mindfulness practices related to the workplace. 

In today’s environment we are all experiencing more and more change, ambiguity, loneliness and anxiety. This learning is a chance to reconnect with self, so that you can feel better at work and create more career opportunities for yourself.

Mindful meditation can have a longer-lasting effect on stress than a vacation. Participants of a study were measured for stress levels 10-months later, and the vacationers’ stress levels had returned to baseline, whereas the meditators maintained their reduced stress levels (Harvard Health, 2016).

This learning experience offers foundational mindfulness concepts that will assist you to reduce overwhelm during times of change or busy periods, stress, and anxiety and support your ability to focus, strengthen your memory and enable healthier interpersonal relationships at work and with your team.

Mona Momtazian

Mona is an organisation development and change management practitioner, with human resource, psychology and coaching qualifications and over twenty years of experience in the field.

She specialises in building organisational capability and sustainable learning experiences that support executive and senior leaders to strengthen change capability when leading complex organisational change and transformation and is passionate about positively influencing culture throughout change.

Mona has been practicing mindfulness for over ten years and has developed and facilitated mindfulness programs at organisations such as a large Australian University and for private clients.
