Learn some of the research behind mindfulness, as well as practical strategies and approaches to practice mindfulness, both at work and outside of work.

Mindfulness builds the skills for self-awareness, emotional regulation, focus/attention, perception, effective interpersonal skills and team cohesion as well as being able to reset your mind and approach before starting your work day and at the end of your work day.
